We only collect the bare minimum needed to manage your licenses and keep your account active. This lives securely on our servers and includes:

• Your Profile: Just your name, professional email, and a secure login.
• Your Subscription State: Knowing whether you are on the Free or Premium tier.
• Your Devices: A secure, generic ID for the computer you are currently using. We don't track your actual hardware or files; we just need to know which machine is active so your "floating" license works smoothly when you switch from your office PC to your laptop.

3. We never touch your credit card

All financial transactions for our Premium suites are securely routed through enterprise-grade payment processors. We never collect, see, or store your credit card numbers or billing details on our servers. You deal directly with the payment processor, ensuring maximum security.

4. You own your data

We keep your basic account info as long as you remain a user. However, when you log out of a machine, that "seat" record is instantly detached. If you ever want to completely wipe your account from our ecosystem, just reach out to support and we will delete everything. No questions asked.
