Finish Pattern Set-Out
Generate intelligent and complex patterns on Wall or Floor finishes, such as for Tiles, automatically place "Set-Out" points, generate Quantities and Schedules instantly. Schedules data include Room ID, Tile Pattern, Tiled Area, Number of Tiles and with customizable wastage amount.

Multi-type and editable family or group Array tool that goes way beyond Revit's native capability. Advanced types include, path-based arrays, pattern-based arrays, 3D-grid arrays, all with granular control over offsets, rotation, prientation and alignment. One-click automatic Floor Finish creation including custom separate Thresholds. Floor finish can be automatically height offset from existing sub-floor. The tool features robust native or custom parameter creation, ideal for scheduling. This tool can be used to select rooms both in 2D and 3D views.
Smart Paint
Combined with Smart Slice, this tool is a powerhouse. Apply material paint like in real world from finish floor to ceiling and thereby generating accurate quantities. You can easily swap between paint and slice to create complex patterns. Paints can be applied by room or by surface, in 2D or 3D views.
Smart Slice
Execute lightning-fast splits/slices on finish surfaces, based on Top and Bottom Level Constraints or Offsets. Slices can be made by Room or by individual surface both in 2D and 3D views. Additionally, vertical slices can be made by given number. Slices can be removed at any time.
Smart Trim
One-of-a-kind and one-stop tool for all your BIM-ready Wall Trim needs. Lets you create Skirting against the wall or a Chair-Rail offset from the wall or a Cornice at wall-ceiling junction. You want it straight or curved, pulled-back or extended beyond a wall edge, stop at or go around openings; it can do all and more. Best of all, the tool works with your custom profile families. Trims can be applied by Room, Wall or Column in 2D or 3D View.
Wall Finish Lines
One of the most tedious processes is the old-school way of manually representing wall finishes in plan view, by color-coded line types. Even in a BIM environment, it still is an effective way to represent finishes and their extents. We finally have an intelligent tool that does this with one click, with complete automation of line types, line colors, tagging and even representing vertical layering of finishes. Can be applied by Room or a surface and almost all aspects can be customized.
